I would like to mention at this time that, in addition to the honouring the Very Special
people in your life, its important to also remember all the others who have an influence
on you and your family everyday
- TEACHERS, EMPLOYEES, CO-WORKERS, COFFEE VENDORS, MAIL CARRIERS
and even the
HOMELESS
person you pass by every day. Think about those people who, just be being who they are and
where they are, make an impact on your life and the lives of others. Showing them you appreciate
them doesn't have to be an extravagant gesture. In fact, it doesn't even have to cost you anything!
It can be as simple as wishing them a happy holiday, giving them a much needed hug or writing them
a card telling them exactly what you value about them. Of course, we are all conditioned to give
gifts that have some monetary value, and in addition to that this season, I invite you to give the
