Springtime is a fantastic time of year to witness the Laws of Nature at
work as the world around us is reborn into full blossom, rich in colour
and abundance and all of this happens with a natural flow, we don't have
to do anything only allow the beauty to unfold.
Hours ago I drove back into this reality, returning home from a 10-day silent meditation
retreat. At this retreat, participants commit to Noble silence, which is the silence of
speech, mind and body. In my own silence, I was able to experience and witness the chatter
of my own mind and, in the process of the 10 days, become unattached to this chatter and
gain the clarity and focus of my own mind; creating space for something so much bigger.
I invite you to experience the following exercise which is an effective way of concentrating the
mind in order to distract the inner ' voice' that chatters incessantly, worrying and
becoming obsessive about problems or other people:
Slowly count your breaths from one to ten.
Notice the physical changes at the nostrils and the abdomen, as your breath moves in and out.
Notice the inner stillness as you change from inhalation to exhalation.
Conjure up an image that evokes a feeling of joy and serenity. This could be a beautiful natural
scene with mountains or ocean waves, the sun's rays or a child. Breathe this image into your heart.

who have joined me on my journey through the past 15 years.

personally would not be possible without you! Everything I know about life today you have taught me. From the bottom of my soul, I share my

Celebration of Beltane (or Beltain) has taken place around the world just past this weekend.
This ancient Celtic or Druid festival is most commonly known as May Day celebration. Once, for blessings
& fertility, a may tree was planted in front of houses decorated with colorful ribbons. The May tree
or May Pole, the Tree of Life, springing up from the Earth represented the masculine (phallic symbol)
of nature & the ribbons that encompass the flow & beauty of the feminine.
People have gathered in the country-side to celebrate the awakening of nature after the cold of the winter months.
The May King & May Queen has been chosen to bless the land & all Earth's creatures to insure a fruitful
season.
These festivities were also to celebrate love... spiritual love, the intimate love that two people have for
each other & to renew their wows for one more year.
Rituals from Beltane can be brought back to our life by reconnecting to the powerful magic of our past.
Let us reflect on this. Let us understand that the memory of Beltane is to re-awaken the most important
kind of love: self-love. Only a content heart can love freely & unconditionally.
During the next few weeks I will be applying the energies of the season during my sessions, called Inner
Pilgrimage (as described by Tracy above). I have also created energy essences to take home with you for a
longer lasting effect after your sessions. The intent is to help you to re-awaken to the everlasting
presence of spiritual love that is within us & surrounds us. Using Visualization & Guided Imagery
you may even be able to re-visit & integrate the essence from your cellular memory. Techniques will also
be used to bring your inner-male & inner-female into harmony & to balance your masculine &
feminine nature in order to fulfill our immediate potential of becoming a joyful, satisfied & wholesome
being. You will have the opportunity to strengthen your connection & awareness to your Spiritual Nature,
awaken your innate senses & to reconnect to the natural cycles of your body inspired by your very own
unconscious mind.
