Hello friends,
I would like to thank you for all the wonderful feedback regarding the new format
of our newsletter. We are very happy with the new design and we look forward to hearing
back from you with your input and suggestions.
As many of you are aware, we recently had the privilege of hosting the world premiere of
"Indigo Evolution". The weekend was a stunning success, as many of you found this film
very satisfying in terms of content and format. In addition, we had an opportunity to
welcome many new faces into Soul Spa and I am thrilled with your overall response to our
Studio and particularly with your appreciation of our vision and for the types of services
we are offering. I look forward to seeing many of you back again in the near future.
As I promised in my opening remarks at each screening, this newsletter has additional
information on "Indigo Evolution" and Spiritual Cinema Circle. Inside, you will find
out how to order your own DVD copy of "Indigo Evolution" and will be provided with a
link that will take you to the site where you can subscribe to receive your personal
copies of the featured Spiritual Cinema Circle movies each month. Alternatively, if
you would rather experience the Spiritual Cinema Circle movies at Soul Spa, please
access our calendar of events to find out more about the upcoming movies that we have
scheduled. The screenings will take place at Soul Spa Studio on the 3rd Friday of each
month; 7:30 pm, followed by a group discussion. We also welcome your suggestions for films that may not have been
chosen by SCC.

With credit to Abraham-Hicks and all the other great teachers, there is no
better way to describe as the "Law of Attraction". Essentially the quotes
says it all. What you think is what you get. What are your dominate thoughts?
Written Exercise
Identify 3 predominate thoughts in your life either positive or negative.
List as many things in your life as you can that re-enforce or more correctly are a product of these
thoughts.
For example,
Predominate thought:
- I constantly think about my lack of money.
Reasons:
- Can't buy that new car.
- Can't go on that trip I wanted.
- Can't always meet my bills.
Thought Exercise
For the week, play close attention to what you are thinking and what you
attracting in your life. Become aware of all your thoughts but don't judge them on whether they are
right or wrong. It is enough this week to just become aware of them.
